any adjustments to the fee as appropriate. This should be signed and dated by both
parties and securely fixed to the original copies of the contracts.

2. the period for occupation and commissioning of the machinery is to be four
weeks from practical completion
3. In consideration of the foregoing the Architect/Consultant shall be entitled to
additional fees calculated on a time basis in accordance with clause 5.5 of the
Contract.

Amendments to a deed
The procedure is the same if the original Contract was signed as a deed, but slightly
