Letter of amendment to the original PSC after signature
Should the Client make changes which make a material change to the original
Contract, such as advancing the completion date by three months, and the Architect/
Consultant agrees that the practice could resource the accelerated programme
subject to payment of additional fees to cover the high costs of overtime and the
additional risks, the Contract should be confirmed by a variation.
