The Agreement
The formal contract terms will be based on this letter and the RIBA
Professional Services Contract 2018, a copy of which
is enclosed for reference. Note that this is a specimen copy of an agreement
and is not intended for use on this project but to provide an overview of the
contract to be used. Upon confirmation of our appointment we will prepare the
projectspecific contract.
If these arrangements are acceptable to you, and to confirm your agreement to
these terms and conditions, please sign and date a copy of this letter and return
it to this office as an instruction to proceed. Once we receive this we will be in a
position to start work and prepare the formal contract documents.
We trust that we have correctly interpreted your requirements, but should you have
