Summary
Depending on the experience of the client and the nature and complexity of a
project, a practice or project approach, or a mixture of both, may be appropriate.
The client must take into account the fact that the initial appointments are likely
to be influential in determining the culture of the assembled project team and the
advice that is provided, and that these initial appointments therefore need to be
carefully considered. The tools set out later in the book are appropriate for
either approach.
