• Prepare Schedule of Services and develop Design Responsibility Matrix incorporating
Information Exchanges in collaboration with lead designer
• Review Project Programme and Feasibility Studies, Prepare Handover Strategy,
Risk Assessments and Project Execution Plan
• Monitor and review progress and performance of project team

• Where required, contribution to preparation of Initial Project Brief
• Assist in assembling project team
