• preparing a list of potential contractors and agreeing the shortlist with the client
•collating information gathered by the project team and assembling the
Employer’s Requirements
• collating and issuing information for tender purposes
•assessing contractors’ tenders, preparing reports and making recommendations
to the client
•reviewing the Contractor’s Proposals with the project team and agreeing the
final set of documents for incorporation into the Building Contract.
The provision of specific documents to support the RIBA Plan of Work is new and it
is anticipated that they will be fine tuned on a regular basis in response to Feedback.
